I've replayed that part over and overrrr~ I'm pretty sure he says his human name, rotfl. Maybe it's just an overlap though~;;;

Actually, guys, Himaruya Hidekaz gave out human names to some of the characters. He gave the name "Francis Bonnefoy" to France which explains those first words that he said in this song.

Himaruya only very recently gave the countries human names, the CDs were out before then, and he's never used the Human names in the official work.

Though it does sound like "Francis"...

I always thought he was saying "Francais"... :/

If he said "Francais" it would be "Je m'appelle Francais" which translates to "My name is the language of French" and thus doesn't make sense.

I've always thought he said "Je m'appelle Furansu." pronouncing the "su", then starting the song. (Since the lyrics begin with an "s" sound as well.)
